CK Karkhanis brings a globally refined eye for color to her work, earning her a reputation as a go-to color expert in San Francisco, New York, and now Singapore. She began her career in finance after graduating from UC Berkeley, eventually pivoting from investment banking to the beauty industry during her time leading the global hair color team at L'Oreal in NYC.
Her hands-on craft was honed at the prestigious Sharon Dorram Sally Hershberger salon on Madison Avenue, where she built a loyal Manhattan clientele. Later, in San Francisco, she partnered with the renowned Alex Chases Salon and was named among the best in the industry by Allure and 7x7 Magazine.
CK’s creative journey came full circle with the launch of Bedford & Grove Salon - a tribute to her West Village roots and the turning point when she chose passion over convention.

Certified by the Vidal Sassoon Academy in Shanghai, Dawson brings both technical expertise and a sharp creative eye to every client.
A former Art Director and trainer at Next Salon @ ION, Dawson continues to evolve through ongoing education in modern cutting techniques, always staying ahead of the curve.
Their approach is grounded in the belief that hair should be an effortless expression of who you are - clean, confident, and uniquely yours.
